Our Story

WELCOME to Bǎo Brewhouse

Being transported from the city of Denver to various regions in China is the goal when entering Bǎo Brewhouse. This multi-level restaurant will have different offerings on each floor.

When walking in you will be emersed into a new age city, like Shenzhen or Hong Kong. You will see graffiti, bright colors, and street influenced art pieces. This floor will be the Brew Pub part of the restaurant where you can either sit and enjoy our Chinese street food, or takeout grab and go bites. Not to mention, we will highlight and collab with different local breweries to incorporate diverse Chinese flavors into these crafted beers.

When you venture upstairs to our second floor, you will be transported to an older city influenced by Beijing. This floor will highlight the traditional side of Chinese culture with red colors, dark wood, and beautifully custom-built tea rooms. Here, we will present an exclusive menu where you can enjoy a family style dinner over a whole fish or Peking duck with tea infused cocktails. We will also provide a personal experience with our Gong Fu tea service or just simply enjoy some hand-selected Chinese teas. Wherever you are in the restaurant, we want you to indulge in the environment and savor what we have to offer.

What People are Saying

“Not a cheeseburger for #NationalCheeseburgerDay but… The aroma in the streets of Larimer square is mouth-watering… — Kung Pao Tofu Roujiamos.”

@milehighbites

“Have you been able to try any of the @baobrewhouse pop ups?? They are getting ready to open their new location on 14th street (right off Larimer) at the end of October and their take on Chinese street food looks 🙌🏼”.

@diningoutmagazine

“The pork has been stewed for hours without a shred of structure left. It is has all the flavors of the traditional beaming red char sui pork but presented novelly, like pulled pork instead. Think of it like the ultimate pulled pork sandwich with new flavors and a fluffy bao bun to hold it together”.

@milehighandhungry

“New spot 🚨@baobrewhouse makes some delicious bites! Like this 👆Braised Pork sammie and Chicken Skewer👅💦 Make sure to check them out”!
